We can agree to charge fixed fees but can also agree to work on an hourly rate basis; we are able to provide average costs that you can incur during your matter. Below is an estimate of costs as a guide only, but we can give an accurate cost assessment once we have full details of your matter: -

We have split the costs on three main stages.

(1)  Debt recovery before court proceeding:

  • We will take initial instructions, study relevant documentation and advice.
  • Write to the other party for debt payment within a specified period
  • Letter of claim in accordance with the pre-action protocol
  • Receipt of money

Our Estimated Fees for claims before court proceedings:

VAT is chargeable on our fees @ 20% and VAT also applies on some disbursement @20%.

The average fees are based on the matter if running smoothly with other party. If the other party does not respond to our letter before claim or agree to pay the debt, then we initiate court proceedings for recovery of the outstanding debt. If the matter goes to Court for the recovery of the debt, then our average fee will be different.
